Editorial Policy:
The University of Derna Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences adheres to an editorial policy based on academic integrity and scientific objectivity. All submitted research is subject to an initial evaluation by the editorial board to verify its compatibility with the journal's mandate and its scientific quality. The editorial board also ensures fair treatment of all researchers without discrimination and applies strict standards to ensure the originality and quality of published content.
Open Access Policy:
The journal adopts a fully open access policy, allowing all researchers and those interested in the humanities and social sciences free access to published research, without financial or administrative barriers, promoting the principles of exchanging and disseminating scientific knowledge on a wide scale.

Author Self-Archiving Policy:
The journal allows authors to archive accepted copies of their research (Post-Print) on their personal websites or in institutional repositories, with reference to the original publication in the Journal of the University of Derna for Humanities and Social Sciences, to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
Plagiarism Policy:

All submitted research is examined using similarity detection software, and any evidence of plagiarism or unverified citation will result in immediate action, including rejection of the research or withdrawal of the published article, and notification to the relevant authorities.
