The distanced Education effectiveness, in the light of Corona pandemic (Covid-19) at the Algerian university, is inherent with several challenges. Some of them are linked to the work environment like The challenge of developing teachers ’skills and the existence of a Supportive leadership. Thus, the study main objective is to test the Supportive leadership impact on the Distance Education, in the light of Corona pandemic (Covid-19) at Jijel University, through the mediate role in developing its teachers’ skills, Data has been collected through a Research questionnaire from a purposive sample including 67 individuals of the permanent teachers at Jijel University, Several Tests of the Program Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program (SPSS) have been operated, Several results have been attained, and the most important of them is that there’s and High level of the Supportive leadership, and medium to a high level of the skills development and the distanced Education, besides the existence of a direct positive impact of the Supportive leadership on developing the teachers’ skills, and a direct positive impact of the Supportive leadership and the skills development on the distanced Education. Moreover, the skills development variable is mediated the relationship between the Supportive leadership and the distanced Education, in a partial image, and the distanced Education has increasingly been influenced by the Supportive leadership. The results have been discussed, and suggestions have been presented to the university administration.
